Services
We provide concreting (driveways, patios, paths, slabs), retaining wall construction, and car park construction. Any quote or scope of work is based on information available at the time and may change if site conditions or project requirements differ.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 60 days unless otherwise stated. A quote may be adjusted if the scope changes, additional work is required, or unforeseen conditions are found.
Bookings and Payment
We require a 50% deposit before starting work.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, accurate project information, and any approvals or consents required for the work to proceed.
Workmanship and Guarantees
We take pride in our workmanship. We offer guarantees on our work. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
